Whittles Bakery is a family affair — now in its third generation of bakers. Re-opened in 2024, we brought the bakery back to life with the same values it was built on: everything homemade, everything fresh, and everything made with care right here on Tunstall Lane.
Every pie crimped by hand. Every loaf shaped and proved. Every cake iced and decorated in our bakery. Nothing is bought in to be finished off — it is all made from scratch, start to finish.
We are not a factory and we are not a franchise. We are a proper bakery in the heart of Pemberton, doing things the way they have always been done — with good ingredients, skilled hands, and a real pride in what comes out of the oven.
Everything on our counter is made right here in the bakery. Handmade pastry, fresh fillings, and recipes perfected over three generations.
Everything is homemade fresh each morning, so we recommend popping in early for the best selection. Once it is gone, it is gone.
